Fujian, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, and Hubei were the top five Chinese coal importing provinces in Oct. Their cumulative coal imports were 26.31 Mt, up 5.97% YoY but down 2.6% MoM, accounting for 63% of the total coal imports in China, according to the GAC.
