On Nov 15, Indonesia's energy ministry (ESDM) cut HBA for 6,322 Kcal/kg GAR coal for H2 of the month, down $1.72/t from H1 Nov to $102.03/t. For other sub-indexes, HBA I, gauging 5,300 Kcal/kg GAR, increased to $67.29/t; HBA II, measuring 4,100 Kcal/kg GAR, rose to $44.29/t; HBA III, basis 3,400 Kcal/kg GAR, grew to $33.88/t.
