The 12th Global Thermal Coal Market Summit to be held in Qinhuangdao

This was mainly attributed to the continuous release of coal production capacity in 2021 and 2022, adjustment of coal import policies, implementation of supply guarantee campaign and related policies. Entering 2023, prices of both domestic and imported thermal coal dropped from high levels, providing favorable basis for the Chinese economy.


How should we interpret the Chinese policies to stabilize the economy after the "Two Sessions"? What impacts of these policies would have on domestic and international coal supply and demand? Where would the coal market head for? What impacts of the "Dual Carbon" strategy would have on energy-related industries, and how they should develop?
