Coal enterprises should accelerate release of advanced capacity, SASAC

Central government-owned coal enterprises should give full play to the advanced coal production capacity and release advanced capacity as soon as possible to secure supply with effective connection of production, delivery and sales, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission said on its official website on January 19.


Power utilities should increase the procurement of thermal coal, store more high-quality coal, continue to strengthen the peak power generation of the unit, ensure full utilization of available capacity, eliminate equipment defects and potential safety hazards, and ensure safe power supply and heating.


Power grid CoEs should fully take the advantage of large-scale power grid resources, strengthen the mutual assistance of surplus and shortage of power grid, further improve emergency plans and demand response mechanisms, strictly prohibit power cuts, and resolutely guard the supply to people's livelihood.
