China's coke exports slumped 34.48% year on year to 390,000 tonnes in December, showed data from the General Administration of Customs (GAC).
The volume, however, was still 34.48% higher compared with a month earlier, data showed.
The December exports were worth $104.11 million, down 37.40% from the previous year but up 69.78% from November. The export price was calculated at $266.94/t, a year-on-year increase of $50.97/t and a month-on-month growth of $55.50/t.
China exported a total 3.49 million tonnes of coke in 2020, falling 46.5% year on year. The cumulative export value tumbled 57% on the year to $772.85million.
