Guizhou, a major coal production province in southwestern China, planned to give subsidies for purchasing of equipment products, including mining machine, directional drilling rigs, gas generator sets that were produced by enterprises registered in Guizhou, local media reported.
The subsidies will be no more than 30% of the purchase amount (according to the unified sales invoice) and no more than 5 million yuan.
This move is to encourage purchases of Guizhou-produced mining equipment to boost provincial GDP and promote marketing of coal machinery products.
Coal enterprises that purchase Guizhou coal machinery products for the first time will be given the highest level of reward of 30% of purchase amount (5 million yuan the maximum).
The second level and third level of subsidies are 25% and 20% of purchase amount, with maximum amount no more than 4 million and 3 million yuan.
